Volcanic Flight

In “Volcanic Flight”, I endeavored to capture a tension-filled moment. Central to the canvas is a volcano, its eruption fierce and full of wrath. But the true spectacle is the iconic Charizard, emerging from the volcano’s mouth. I painted Charizard in its characteristic lizard-orange hue, with teal-tinted wings that contrast against the inferno behind.This magnificent creature, known in the Pokémon world for its unpredictable temperament, is depicted on the brink of action, ready to strike at an unseen prey. By not revealing the prey, I wanted to extend an invitation to the viewer to imagine the rest of the story, tapping into Charizard’s nature both as a fire and flying type Pokémon.The vivid orange of Charizard set against the fiery eruption created a breathtaking color synergy, while the teal wings offer a touch of coolness to the heated scene.
