Our Decals are made using high quality permanent vinyl that is scratch and water resistant. Decals are removeable but not reusable. Measurements are in inches.  FULL COVERAGE WINDOW DECALS: Our decals are NOT cut to size. You must order the correct sized sheet and cut it down yourself.
