Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers, this coffee encapsulates Molino Norte's essence. Grown amidst clay minerals at 900-1590 meters, it echoes the soul of Nicaragua's terroir. A blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties mirrors Nicaragua's coffee diversity. The beans undergo a meticulous process: fully washed, fermented for 12-14 hours, and then carefully dried on patios and raised beds.
