Aquacultured Mini White Feather Duster

These cute critters have been a part of all our reef tanks 15+ years. The specimens we are currently shipping are approximately 1/2" - 3/4" (diameter of the crown).  Growing them to this size can take years. They seem to have more success reproducing in the system when the skimmer is undersized and/or frequently off. Their feathery crowns can pull into their soft flexible tubes in the blink of an eye if they sense trouble and then cautiously slide back out once they believe things are safe. Note these will sometimes be shipped attached to a bit of rubble and sometimes they will not be attached to anything.  These should NOT be dipped in any kind of coral dip.  These little filter feeders help clean your water! You are not going to see a difference in your Nitrate tests or see any noticeable changes in your water clarity, but it is technically accurate that they filter the water so you can justify the purchase to your significant other!Like all the items currently listed from TerraReef,
