0.54 Caliber Bullet With A Very Pointed Nose

For your consideration one Confederate 0.54 caliber bullet with a very pointed nose (un-cut nose sprue). You will find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. The patina is a shiny light white to blue grey color…a 1 in 100 patina…& I do not see a single patina chip. The patina has been checked with acetone. The first ring is a slight high base ring. The three grooves are shallow U shaped grooves. The cavity is a cone & near the base of the cavity a ring in the cavity wall can be seen…see cavity photo. Measures about 0.53 x 1.025 inches. Dean Thomas lists this bullet in his book Ready, Aim, Fire page 32.
