The Password:JDM Dry Carbon Fiber Gurney Flap / Wickerbill is a short lip that protrudes upward from the upper trailing edge of the 99-00 Civic Si factory wing. It’s used to enhance the wing’s down-force characteristics by separating the airflow on the back side of the wing, primarily that which comes over the top of the wing. The result creates a localized high-pressure zone on the top side of the wing generating down-force. When used in conjunction with a functional front splitter and canards, you will be able to enhance the overall aerodynamic characteristics of your EMI Civic Si 2DR. Care instructions: Please note that these parts are finished in natural dry carbon fiber, which does not include a UV-protectant clear-coat finish. We do not recommend adding a clear coat to our products.
