A wearable wound simulation that represents a shrapnel entry wound on top of the right shoulder, exiting in the armpit. The wound is packable with hemostatic agent or gauze. The wound bleeds from both the entry and exit wounds. It wraps around the actor or manikin and attaches with hook and loop fastening and chest strap.
