Mabotech MK7/8V FWD Downpipe
-Please contact before ordering FWD version. We are proud to release the new Mabotech 3.5 & 4" Stainless Steel downpipe for the front wheel drive/ all wheel drive MQB vehicles. The Factory downpipe was not designed for performance! The restrictive bends and small piping limits the flow of exhaust from your turbo. Features of the downpipe include CNC machined turbine discharge flange, mandrel bent 3/ 4" stainless steel tubing and smooth transitions allowing for optimal exhaust gas flow. Downpipe is catless and is to be used off-road only. 4" comes with 4" to 2.5” reducer. 3.5" comes with 3.5" to 2.5” reducer. Please contact us for a reducer for 3” cat-back * All of our downpipe kits must be installed by a professional technician in a proper work environment as some adjustments may be needed to achieve perfect fitment, including stock or aftermarket exhaust systems. Our downpipes use every bit of available space to fit, which means that tolerances are very tight, aftermarket turbos, mounts, high mileage mounts or anything that can change the position of the exhaust flange can increase the difficulty of the installation process.
