The Rugged No-Touch Infrared Thermometer is a non-contact, infrared temperature measuring instrument that can be used in HVAC, vehicle diagnostics, process control, food service, electrical maintenance, equipment diagnostics and many other industries and applications. Features include a 4 digits backlit LCD, SCAN/HOLD/AUTO function and Auto Power Off (about 6 seconds). To measure a temperature, point the unit at the object, push the button and hold. Make sure the target area is larger than the unit's spot size. The single spot laser is used for aiming only. This unit is highly durable and suitable for use in harsh environments.
