DTT361-01 Cook N Cool Digital Therm and Timer

DTT361-01   The COOK N COOL allows you to view desired internal cooking temperatures without opening an oven door, and will also track the cooling rate of foods to ensure proper cool down temperatures. With three displays, the user can view the timer countdown, the actual temperature and preset temperature all at once. A “High Alarm” sounds when food reaches preset limits, and a “Low Alarm” is perfect for monitoring the cooling process. The 80 decibel volume can be heard in a noisy restaurant kitchen and the LED light makes a perfect visual indicator. The memory feature can recall previous time and temperature settings.
