The model 2007CR Waterproof Probe with 4 inch stainless steel blunt tip is a direct replacement for the Cooper-Atkins model 2007.  All specifications are the same.  Cooper-Atkins has discontinued this model so we've developed a direct replacement for it. The 10 ft. cord is Teflon insulated for excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance. Entire length of cord may be immersed.
