Join our Community Supported Pantry Program (CSP), a seasonal subscription to locally made, artisanal goods created in collaboration with our community partners.  A CSP box may include artisanal bread, olive oil, sea salt, recipes, herbal medicine, soda saps, tea, local honey, DIY booklets, cheese, and a fresh harvest from our garden (ex. herbs, oranges, figs, artichokes), all seasonally curated by The Ecology Center to stock your pantry for an entire season. August Basket -  Pick up your CSP box on Saturday, 8/6/2016 11am-3pm (Orders CLOSED) September Basket -  Pick up your CSP box on Saturday, 9/24/2016 11am-3pm (Orders must by placed by September 17) Pantry pick up will take place at The Ecology Center, 32701 Alipaz St. San Juan Capistrano, 92675. To reduce packaging, please bring your own basket or borrow one of ours with a $5 deposit.
