The Blank Thumball was designed to help facilitators, trainers and teachers create their own review questions to get participants talking about what they are learning. Using a fine-tipped permanent marker, you can write directly onto the blank panels. This active review process can help shift some of the responsibility for successful processing from the facilitator to the participants. The questions can be answered in a group setting or used with individuals. Create that custom content and start using it with your groups today! Invite your participants to be creative and avoid one-word answers. Expand on your answer as often as you can. Allow one question to lead into full conversations.
