Core-Tex Virtual Coaching

Meet virtually with one of our highly trained Core-Tex coaches to orientate you to your Core-Tex, help with exercise suggestions and/or demonstrations and answer any questions you might have.  Your Coach can help guide you to how to best use your Core-Tex for whatever your goals or needs are.  A Core-Tex Coach will contact you via email to schedule a 30-minute video session via a mutually agreed upon platform (Zoom, Skype, Facetime, etc.). All  Core-Tex Coaches hold a nationally recognized fitness certification and/or a college degree in an exercise science related filed.
