BLACK TRUFFLE SALT

This grey salt is made from Guérande a natural unrefined sea salt from French Brittany coast, and black truffle slices hand-harvested then sliced using our oil wood tool, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic. The result is a versatile condiment, excellent to season all your dishes, such as pasta, risotto, eggs, omelettes, meat fillets, barbecue steaks, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, cheese potatoes, salads, vegetables, sushi and foie gras. Ingredients: salt from Guérande (Atlantic Ocean - FR) 98%, freeze-dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1% (like 5% of fresh truffle), flavor.
