Your Dexcom, Insulin Pump or tech device should be placed in the pocket prior to putting the band on. The band has a 1" fold over closure to keep all your gear in place. If Dexcom is in pocket you can feel the vibrate alert. An OPTIONAL vinyl window to view your device can be added to the pocket.
