Vulcan Thermal Infrared Night Vision Monocular

The VULCAN is a handheld digital monocular which offers both thermal imaging capabilities and digital night vision capabilities. It is one of the most advanced devices we have ever produced. Similar to the IRIS, the bulb on the topside of the device is part of our proprietary 940nm near-infrared module which provides the digital night vision functionality. The bottom of the device contains our newest thermal imaging module which provides the thermal imaging capabilities (day or night) The thermal core is suitable for short to medium range heat signatures. Depending on the size and signature of the target, observational limits are approximately 900 feet for humans/large animals and approximately 2500 feet for automobiles.  How Does The VULCAN Differ From Other Devices? Thermal night vision and digital night vision both have advantages and disadvantages intrinsic to the technology. For example, thermal is often known for providing high contrast images at the expense of resolution. On th
