A Chair for Balian!

Balian needs a safe place to relax. I'm currently using a baby chair that he now can throw himself into the ground from. I need to find a solution and this is one of the two chairs available anywhere, that I can buy with the support Balian needs. Both chairs are extremely expensive, thousands. Balian is severely multiply impaired so he needs assistance in everything and can't even sit up unassisted he spends all day in a wheelchair and I would love for him to have a chair to just relax in with the support he needs.
