Each end of this 3-point spare tire tie-down is fully adjustable to allow the center point and ratchet to be positioned right where you want them. Constructed of 2″ polyester material, a deluxe wide grip ratchet, and swivel hooks with built-in retention clips (so they cant come undone). The swivel hooks allow the strap to attach to almost any tab no matter which way it's oriented: whether it's on a rack, on a carrier, or in the bed. The hooks can also be removed if you want to simply wrap the ends around a tube frame, and secure them back into the 3-bar adjuster.
