Loren's Seafood Supper - 6/13

Ready to take a culinary trip to Chef Loren's old haunts? In this class, we'll be making Pan-Seared Scallops with Citrus Beurre Blanc, Lemongrass Tomato Consommé with Fresh Crab, Ahi Tuna Crudo, Grilled Endive Salad, and finishing with a Chocolate Chocolate with Peanut Butter Mousse. This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours. Cancelation Policy:Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
