Your share of beef for your freezer includes: 25% premium steaks, 1 1/4" thick, like Rib Eye, New York, Tenderloin, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip,  Flank, Delmonico,  Bavette, or Flat iron. 30% Savory cuts like Roasts, Chuck streak,  Round steak, Skirt steak,  stew meat.  45% of our Signature Ground Beef, in 1 lb packages.  Our ground beef is an 85/15 blend.   With our USDA Inspected  award-winning butcher, all your beef is going to be dry aged 14 days, hand wrapped, vacuum sealed, and handled with care by a family we have worked with for over 35 years.
