Coriander Seed Spiral Recleaned

Single Origin: Morocco It is known for its unique spiral-shaped leaves and it's strong, distinctive flavor. In Moroccan cuisine, it is commonly used to add flavor to dishes such as couscous, tangines, and stews.  The flavor of our Spiral Recleaned Coriander is hard to pin down in many recipes since its flavor is all over the map. When left whole, is as floral as cardamon, its flavor full of citrus and curry, light and sweet.
