This program is for my girls who want to raise their game in the gym. I am going to take you on a journey that ends in you lifting heavier weights each week, gaining lean muscle to achieve a strong physique, and improving your relationship with food through nutrition, education, and eating balanced meals. Working out to get skinny is so 2000s, in this era, we are going to evolve into the most strong and powerful version of ourselves. Bulking season can be done in a healthy way. When I want to gain lean muscle, I keep lifting heavy in the gym, but also focus just as much on my nutrition! Eating enough food to fuel the gains is super important, and the more protein and nutrients we feed ourselves, the happier our bodies are and the more likely we are to build fuller curves.  This program will help to make sure you are eating the right amount of healthy and delicious food and that you are using those meals to power you through the gym and get ready for bulking season!
