This barrel features a reliable rifle-length gas system and a 1:10 twist rate, as well as an A2-style flash hider. Protecting the gas system is the Gen 2 Enhanced EM-15 free float handguard that features M-LOK attachment slots and a continuous picatinny top rail. Fully machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, this handguard also features a contoured design for a more comfortable and tactile grip.
