-This setting must be purchased with a center stone from our loose gemstones page. - Side Gems - Largest 4 Chatham Alexandrite (approx. .25ct), others are natural diamonds VS clarity approx. .20 carats. - For reference the center stone shown is 7x5mm's.  This piece will be made especially for you with your choice of setting and center stone. The center stone you select does not need to be the same shape or size as the one shown in the photos. Handcrafted in our second-generation family workshop in Portland, Oregon. Made with conflict-free gemstones and recycled metals. Our metals are nickel-free and never plated. Every order includes a branded box and a SwankMetalsmithing jewelry polishing cloth.
