This ring is inspired by Victorian Shadowboxes that held specimens of insects, I think they are so beautiful and intriguing. The center stone is a approximately 2ct portrait cut moissanite that is meant to look like the glass over a Victorian shadow box. Underneath the quartz is a gold butterfly and open 4 pointed star. Surrounding the butterfly is a baroque frame of scrolls. On the band there are 2 brilliant cut VS natural white diamonds, they have a combined weight of approx. .06 carats. The side band is our leaf chevron set with a .18ct pear Oregon Sunstone.  Both rings are cast in 14k yellow gold, they are a size 7 and ready to ship.The Butterfly ring on it's own is 16mm's wide at the top and 2mm's wide at the back. - This item is READY TO SHIP - Handmade in our workshop in Portland Oregon by a micro family business out of conflict free gems and recycled metals - We do not plate any of our metals and they are all nickel free
