I’m Not Positive What My Deal Is

I’m not positive what my deal is - a light aqua to twilight blue solar polish with neon green hexes solar polishes require uv rays to change color. You can not charge it to hold the color (like a glow in the dark. ) it only changes while in the sun and will revert to its resting color when not exposed to direct sunlight/uv rays. Most car and home windows and some nail polish top coats  have UV blocking properties, these will dull the effect. Direct sunlight is best.
