Bacon Slab, Uncured

A bacon slab is pork belly before it's sliced into those familiar bacon strips. The benefit of slab bacon is that you can slice or dice it how you like: thick, ultra-thin, or somewhere in between.  This slab has been flavored with sea salt, pure Vermont maple syrup, and brown sugar.
