She honors the early visionaries Shel Dorf, Richard Alf, Ken Krueger, Mike Towry, Greg Bear, Barry Alfonso, Bob Sourk, and Greg Bear, as she pictorially traces this 40+ year movement. From the first Comic-Minicon in 1970 at the Golden State Hotel (100 attendees) to the Convention Center move in 1991, to the NO-CON in 2020. Suzka has captured this bit of comic history.
