Wormwood, Artemisia absinthium, is also known as absinthe or green ginger. Wormwood is a bitter herd and has been used to flavor a number of alcohols - absinthe, amaro, and other bitters. Combine with other flavors like anise, citrus, and fennel to create your own bitters and liqueurs.  Not to be used during pregnancy. Not to be used while nursing. Not for long-term use; do not exceed recommended dose.
