Adjustable stainless steel slider bracelet made with a vintage silver plated spoon handle. Crystal charm. The pattern is Columbia 1893. R monogram Adjustable from 6"-9" This beautiful pattern is 1893 Columbia. It was created for the World Fair Columbian Exposition in Chicago and dedicated on Oct 12, 1892 to Christopher Columbus's voyage. It was only manufactured for 20 years after that. The spoon has art nouveau flourishes and represents the waves on his journey. The creator of the silverware included a sea serpent to portray a whimsical sea creature crashing into the waves. The rounded area is a representation of the World and the flourishes on the edge represent the plumes on Christopher Columbus's hat.
