Tuk Tuk's Fried Chicken Spice

Tuk Tuk's fried chicken spice brings the cult-favorite snack into your home kitchen. The blend is comprised of everything we put into our chicken curry, & the flavour is out of this world. Toss chicken thighs with this spice, and marinate with just enough buttermilk to coat each piece. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Bread and fry until golden.
