02-A Desert Oasis Variation Gourd Mug - TOP SHELF, 26 oz.

TOP SHELF: beautifully dynamic glazing, stunning composition and a beautifully balanced form. A couple of loads back, I glazed a particularly tall mug with my Desert Oasis glaze combo but there was so much room left on the lower mug that I just kept adding color bands til I got near the base and WOW did it turn out beautifully...so I did it again on this slightly curvier piece. The gently curvy shape, smooth base and ergonomic handle make it comfortable to hold in a variety of ways, with a size that allows you to stay cozy for a while and a thickness that offers some comforting weight and keeps your brew warm a bit longer.
