Octopus Guide painting

When I was in St Croix snorkeling, every day there was an octopus living in a nook of rocks. I returned a few years later and she or perhaps one of her offspring was living in the same place. I saw a lot of octopus snorkeling in St John, and I swam with an octopus while scuba diving in Nusa Lembongan and Bali. This painting is inspired by these octopus friends, and the incredible movie, My Octopus Teacher.  This is a print from the original soft pastel painting on a gallery wrap canvas in a floating frame.
