Butterfly Ring

The butterfly ring measures just shy of 1 inch in height and width with a 6 mm wide hand hammered brass band. Brass wings and silver body, oxidized and brushed for contrast. Wings are hand formed in a slightly raised position to create depth and dimension. This is my personal ring with my grandma’s initials on the back. If you would like to customize your piece, please contact me so we can create a personal touch that is just right for you. Any combination of metals is available upon request. This butterfly ring was created as a remembrance of my late grandmother inspired by a ring that I have fond memories of her wearing for many years of her life. A matching pendant is also available. Butterflies have a powerful life cycle and are the masters of metamorphosis. If you have ever watched a butterfly struggle to free herself from the cocoon, it is so intense that it appears painful.
