Tango is a tender celery with a mild flavor. Its mild flavor makes is very versatile in the kitchen from fresh eating to soups and salads. Tango also has abundant leaves that can be used as substitute to parsley. In the garden it is easily grown and more tolerant of early summer heat than older varieties.
