Region : Wahgi Valley Process :  Washed Variety : Typica Elevation : 1600 masl Notes : Raspberry, Herbal, Chocolate   Hailing from the Waghi Valley of the Western Highlands, the Sigri Estate produces fantastic washed coffee from Papua New Guinea. This coffee is double hand sorted and dried on raised beds after going through three 24 hour fermentation periods, with washing of the coffee in between each one. Grown at 1600+ meters, this particular lot is a peaberry, in which only one seed forms in the coffee cherry, as opposed to the typical two seeds. Smaller in size and circular in form, this iteration of Smalls has a big body and finishes clean. Small seed, big dreams. Enjoy.
