Spear Of Longinus boost The Spear Of Longinus is the 2nd collaboration between Acid Rain Pedal Works and T. Bizon, along with Nick Williams (ex-Dunwich Amplification). It is a dual circuit boost created with the intention of being able to be used before or after a source of "dirt", but also sounds great into a clean channel. The Spear Of Longinus consists of two different boost circuits, one "clean", the other "dirty". These run parallel to each other into a shared output stage and the ability to blend between the two boost circuits. The "dirty" side is our take on a negative feedback loop clipping boost circuit with a TS style tone control and a Mid Frequency toggle switch. The "clean" side is an opamp boost with the ability to shape the upper and lower frequencies.Blend is NOT a clean blend. It controls how much of each boost reaches the output stage (i.e. more "dirty" to the left, more "clean" to the right, equal in the middle) All units are acid etched. Made with mini Brutalist kno
