This stands true for my family as well. Farmstead celebrates the journey of my family's farm history, starting with my Great Grandfather Simon Cornelius Iest. He started his agricultural career running a creamery in Bathmen, Netherlands. In 1921, he decided to move to America with his wife and 12-year-old son, my grandfather, Rudolf Iest. There he started several businesses, but eventually started his own dairy. This fostered a love of agriculture for my grandfather, father, uncles, and brothers.The prints in Farmstead are a celebration of agriculture from the past, my greatgrandmother
