If what you are wanting is very detailed it may cost you more. If it is going to cost more, I will let you know before sewing. I will show you a mockup prior to finishing your hat for approval. Once approved, there are no returns or adjustments made. The design process does take about 2-3 weeks depending on how soon you respond. If you send us a PNG of what you are wanting without any changes it does speed up the process. There are no refunds once the design has been created. Need a different color?
