SIGNATURE SMALL BATCH BACON ~ PAPRIKAEqually beautiful and tasty- this bacon flavor is coated with sweet and smokey paprika and a hint of garlic.  Crafted from pork belly from our pasture-raised pigs, each batch is rub with our special paprika spice blend, cured for 10 days and then slow smoked over applewood chips.  We offer several specialty small-batch bacon flavors available seasonally during the year.  If you're curious and just looking to sample this flavor- we offer sampler DOUBLE PACKS:  half classic Applewood and half PaprikaCryovac packed packages~ Each package contains 10-16 THICK CUT bacon slices.  Our bacon is all hand-cut and slice size and length varies due to natural variations in our pork.
