These stencils are made of 14 mil thick mylar sheets which is very durable material ideal for reuse multiple times. Mylar stencil: We use 14 mils thick Mylar sheets to make stencils. Mylar sheet is a type of plastic film made from polyester resin. Its strength, durability, flexibility, heat, and chemical resistance are perfect for stenciling. Adhesive stencil: It is also made of Mylar sheet which is 10mil thick with an adhesive back. One advantage of using Mylar for adhesive stencils is its durability and resistance to wear and tear. It can withstand repeated use without losing its shape or adhesive properties. So it can be used multiple times. Post-Order Processing: After placing your order our customer service team will contact you for further details if needed. Then the design team will start designing your stencil. The designing process takes 24 hours’ maximum from the order placement. When we will be done with the design, we will send you a proof file for approval. If you are satisfied with the design you may approve it or can send it back for corrections. This process will continue until you get your desired design. Once you approve the design we will send it for laser cutting.
