Our next harvest will be in late August. Whole Lamb - Paid to Stemple Creek Ranch We have our 100% grass-fed and 100% grass-finished Hampshire and Dorset available all year around. It usually takes 5-6 weeks from the time of placing your order to picking up everything at the butcher shop. The price for a whole lamb is $9.99 per pound on the hanging weight. Hanging weights typically range from 50-60 pounds, resulting in a price range of $500 - $600 (does not include the cut and wrap fees). Please note: this is an average weight range and the final hanging weight may fall outside of this estimate. To purchase a whole lamb, you'll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $350. Once the weight of the lamb is determined, you'll receive an invoice for the remainder due.
