Beef Filet Tips

Our 100% grass-fed grass-finished filet tenderloin tips aka "filet tails" are cut from the tenderloin (same as the filet mignon!) and are an exceptionally tender cut. The difference here between a filet head (mignon) and a filet tips are simply the shape and size, but both have the same buttery texture. Tails can vary in size so some packages may have 2 to 3 pieces.  Package Size: 0.6 - 1 lb.
