  Introduction to Machine for heavy-duty PET serrated 19 x 34 x 1.5 mm seal   The machine mainly produces 3/4" PET strapping serrated seals clips for thos customers who need heavy-duty application in the market The raw material is the galvanized steel coil which thickness is 1.5 mm 50% more than usual thickness in the market The length of the seal is 34 mm which is also 15 % longer than usual PET seal The PET-strapping clip--19 mm- heavy duty is widely used in the heavy-duty strapping application which is going to replace some application by steel strapping because it reaches as strong as 1100 KG of breaking point for PET strapping. So the PET seal must hold for at least 70 % of what PET strapping requires it to keep that is 700-800 KG tensile strength. The rate for PET seal -19 mm- is quite high compared with other size of the seals.
