We recommend to use between 2 1/2 to 5 gallons of water, any bleach neutralizer (such as Agent Halt), or F9 Barc to remove the rust from the inside of ball valve. If you don't do this maintenance, the ball valve will cease and will cause damage to the motor. If unit is sent back during warranty period, and upon inspection it is determined that the system has not been rinsed as recommended, the buyer must pay to replace any parts damaged due to not being rinsed properly.
