Herbed Pepper Blend

One of most popular rubs, and a great all-purpose seasoning or table condiment. This blend of black pepper, garlic, red and green bell pepper, onion, paprika and a touch of cayenne pepper is great on fish, steaks and chops. Just rub the blend into the meat about 30 minutes before grilling. Also adds a nice, zesty flavor to other foods, including soups and stews, poultry, vegetables, and marinades.
