Sized for adult tees - approximately 9-11" on the longest side.These transfers can be used on ANY shirt - there is no limitation on light colors, poly count, etc.Instructions for Heat Press:- MUST use heat press, iron will NOT work!- Heat Press Temperature: 365 degrees (note that every heat press is different, yours may need to be set a little higher or lower)- Pre press shirt for 7 seconds to remove any moisture- Press shirt on heavy pressure for 7 seconds- Hot peel** We are NOT responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly.
