320 Zero | 5/16" Gap

The 320 Zero is a medium-duty plastic insert fastener designed to install panels straight-in, with a snap-in motion, requiring “zero” reveals. The engineered plastic body and steel screw withstand repeated removal. The 320 Zero compression fits into a 1.000” milled hole of any hard substrate. The 320 Zero snaps together with a 334 Mounting Euro Screw (or compatible 300 Series Screws) with about 10 lbs. of force and can be removed with about 25 Lbs. of force, much like a friction catch. The 320 Zero system is suitable for mounting all kinds of panels, from architectural or veneer panels to acoustic and fabric panels. A wide range of surfaces combinations can be used by selecting any screw from the 300 Series products that best fit the application.
