Antique French Louis XIII Style Ladder Back Walnut Dining Chairs W/ Beige Velvet - Set of 8

A handsome set of eight late 19th-century French dining chairs made in the style of Louis XIII, sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid walnut wood featuring a tall ladder back frame. The chairs have been structurally restored and showcase a naturally aged patina with a rich brown color. The fabric is not brand new, but the chairs have been previously reupholstered in lovely beige velvet. The fabric was clean-finished with a large nailhead trim. The chairs are raised on traditional turned barley twist legs. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional Louis XIII profile.  - Origin: Provence, France - Dimensions: W 18" x D 23" x H 40" - seat height 19.5"  - Condition: The chairs have been structurally restored, while the wood showcases a naturally aged patina. The fabric is in good condition.
